1. General Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by laky55 support may result in your account being restricted, suspended, or permanently closed, and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending resolution.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one laky55 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. laky55 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, laky55 will close all associated accounts, void any active bonuses, and may withhold winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your laky55 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 4. Bonus Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only; each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once and once only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by laky55 — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet before a withdrawal request will be approved. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from that bonus balance.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

laky55 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other competitions), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets placed on laky55 are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where laky55 exercises its right to void a bet under the circumstances outlined in Section 5.3.

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and reflect the current state of the match or event.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the player's laky55 account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply at laky55. These limits vary by sport, market type, and game and are displayed in the relevant section of the platform. laky55 reserves the right to limit the payout on any single wager that, in laky55's reasonable assessment, represents an abnormal risk to the platform's financial integrity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laky55 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by laky55

laky55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where suspicious activity has been detected on the account, where the account is subject to a verification hold pending receipt of required documentation, or where laky55 is required to do so in compliance with applicable law or a directive from a competent authority.

During a suspension, access to funds on the account may be restricted pending investigation. laky55 will endeavour to resolve suspension investigations within 30 days of initiating the review. Players under investigation will be contacted via their registered email address.

7.2 Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting laky55 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Players who close their account voluntarily may re-register at a future date unless the account was closed as part of a self-exclusion request, in which case re-registration is subject to the terms of the self-exclusion period.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
